The Diocese of Venice Catholic Schools

Where Faith and Knowledge Meet

With Christ as our foundation, The Diocese of Venice Catholic schools are committed to supporting a mission that integrates religious instruction, value formation, and faith development into the academic education of all students. Located in Charlotte, Collier, Lee, Manatee and Sarasota Counties, our fourteen schools serve as partners with parents and the community in reinforcing morality, spirituality, and other Christian values.

Over four hundred dedicated, state-certified teachers staff our schools, which include three high schools, nine elementary schools, and two schools for children with special learning needs. Utilizing the best instructional practices, current textbooks, and technology, our teachers help students achieve in the upper percentile of all national testing. Over 90% of our high school students go on to higher education.

A crucial part of our mission is to provide a Catholic education for all families who would like their children to receive one. As costs continue to rise, it becomes more and more difficult to achieve that goal. Financial assistance is available at our schools but the need increases each year.

To continue to provide an education of faith formation and academic excellence we welcome and encourage your assistance in the following areas:

Provide scholarships for families in need.
Give donations for technology, media material, and enrichment programs.
Donate time and talent as a volunteer at one of our schools.
Contribute to endowments or foundations.
Remember our schools in your will.
Financially adopt a family or become an “angel” donor.
Furnish funds for staff development.

Our Catholic schools make a difference in the world today. We welcome you to become a part of the ministry of education. Please contact Mary Campo, (941) 441-1117 and help us make that difference.
