Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:

The Diocese of Venice is without a doubt one of the most vibrant and active Dioceses in the Country. Our parishes are often filled to overflowing, our outreach programs are active and expansive, our parishioners are generous with their time, talents and treasures – a loving tribute to God.

To help fulfill the Mission of the Church, each of us is called to respond in our chosen vocation as a disciple of Jesus Christ. We are instructed not only to respond to Christ, but to do so with love...intensely! To do anything with intensity takes focus, determination and planning.

More than 1,000 people actively assist the Diocese of Venice in our outreach programs, schools, and parishes. These dedicated individuals each have responsibilities that collectively further the work of our Church. It is YOUR generosity through the Catholic Faith Appeal that allows them to continue the mission and expand it when needs arise. This is the work of love and sacrifice.
